How to Return a Product
1. Your Item arrived and it’s faulty or damaged
Please contact us straight away so we arrange a repair or replacement for your item.
2. We’ve Sent You The Wrong Item
If we’ve made an error, please accept our apologies, either email us straight away. We’ll replace the item or refund your money including shipping, the choice is up to you. We’ll cover all the costs.
3. You’ve Changed Your Mind
You’ve purchased your product, it arrived safely and as described, but now you don’t want it! You’ll need to contact us within 30 days to arrange for an authorisation. After 30 business days, all sales are final and we will not accept any returns. The item must be returned in its original unopened packaging including Tax Invoice. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
